No Brakes after starting the engine...

I have been fighting this for quite a while now. After installing Wilwood calipers on the front of my 93 Ty, removed the ABS, installed the ABS delete kit, bleeding the brakes several times - I get a firm pedal while not running. As soon as I start the engine - pedal goes to the floor...
Has anyone run into this or have clue what could be wrong??? I'm suspecting the power brakes but I don't think it would break just sitting in the garage.

Yeah, I thought about that but before I put the new brakes on, everything was working fine - brakes were working...
Maybe I need to bench bleed it.

If there’s no leaks, the abs removed and the system was bleed properly(dbl check), I would say it’s the master also.........
