ok... when i go down bumpy roads or a dip in the street, the front left shock compresses, and it makes a noise exactly like brake pads make when those noise makers scrape when your brakes are almost gone... any ideas? hopefully nothing expensive haha idler arm perhaps? haha i have no idea, im just throwing part names out

Yes! Mine does that too. Anyone? Defiled does yours do it if you inch slowly down a hill and stop (so the front suspension compresses?) I mean does it creak like a rusty door hinge?

Sounds like worn out control arm bushings. Replacement poly-urethane or poly-graphite bushings are what you want (personally, I prefer graphite).

Does anyone have a clicking noise come from the front driver side when you go over a small bump? It doesnt take much to make it click. It almost feels like it's coming through the floor board?

I had a bad clicking coming from the passenger front wheel on every corner, or whenever it was compressed. It turned out to be a broken torsion bar mount. The mount is the one where you can adjust front rideheight. The mount was torn right down the center. After replacing it, I never had a problem.

How much was it to fix? What did the break look like? Metal or rubber? Was it brole at the frame mount or lower control mount?

I don't remember how much I paid from the dealer, but it was less than $50. I replaced both of them, since I was at it. This was a couple of years ago, so bear with me.... If I remember right it is rubber sandwiched between metal. It is the mount on the body that holds the suspension crossmember in place. It was split down the middle, but was still held in place by the frame. On a corner the whole crossmember would flex up and hit the upper lip of the frame.
Heres a pic. It's number 3 on the drawing. It's listed under the Wheels and Front Suspension/Stabilizer Bar. Cost from them is $13.38:

Did you guys check out the mounts yet? Just get under the truck and look at torsion crossmember. If it moves around at all, the mounts are torn.

well i found the problem!

turns out my shocks are so far gone, that when i make turns, the shocks compress so far down that the wheel weights are scrapping on something. so i guess its time for new shocks! as for this rear sway bar... BW youre saying you need to get new hardware to install it?

I've got this squeaking/groaning noise whenever I slow down or compress the shocks, too. I get rid of it by spraying all the rubber bushings I can see under the front end of the truck with some Mobil 1 lubricant (like WD 40 - in a spray can). The stuff gets rid of all the noises, and lasts for a few weeks. Eventually, I want to go to the polyurethane bushings, too - the stock rubber ones are dried out, cracking, or missing in some cases.
