I was just informed by the hotel that our group rate has ended. If you need to book a room you can still ask for the "Beech Bend rate" (it’s $85 a night)—that’s still pretty cheap.

I am waiting to see if the wife can get off work or not.

Oh well, I guess I can grab some floor somewhere if need be.

Looking into the Marriot Freinds and family rate and if they offer a AAA rate.

yeah I know its only a few bucks but right now every penny counts.
Cuts into my drinking money... lol
So I got the beechbend rate and a king.
There are no more doubles but there are still kings available.

She said we could also use the AAA rate or any other number of discounts if you are eligible.
I think the Beechbend rate is $1 cheaper than the AAA rate.

Don't expect to find any of these rooms on priceline, she assured me they will sell out that weekend.

registered for fri/sat night. had to pay extra $6 day. small price to pay for being a procrastinator. lol

Yep this should be no suprise to anybody, we have mentioned the rate was only for so many rooms/timeframe.

Keep note guys just because you book a room they don't charge you today.

Well, I screwed up and waited too long. None available for Friday and Saturday. If anybody has extra room post here, email me or call me at 216-402-2400. My brother and I would like to attend this year.

There are 3 other hotels within walking distance, really connected and share parking lots near that hotel.

Trying to find those names for us, so we have options.
