Opinions on reusing pistons?

So I am doing a new build when I go home and my engine has TRW forged pistons right now. There isn't anything wrong with the engine they are in but this is at least the third rebuild they have been used in. Is there anything wrong with reusing pistons? Does anyone have reasons for or against it?

I've seen top fuel cars and various others reuse pistons. As long as the clearances are right and there's no damage to the pistons, why not.

X2 my pistons have been through 3 tear-downs. Still in use.

Just wanted to see what others thought. I figured the same, that if the ring grooves a clean and not worn and there is no obvious damage that they should be fine. I just didn't know if this was cutting corners or just being smart and saving a couple (of hundred) bucks.

Reuse em. Plenty of other ways to use your money.
