Well does someone know how he did it. I just don't want to start cutting and not be where i need to be and I don't want to cut a line!

Im pretty sure the plate that covered the hole was a piece from another truck, just cut bigger then the hole, and drilled/treaded into the floor.

Best I can tell you is its on the driver's side of the truck. Maybe you can find a truck in the junk yard, and just cut the shit outa the floor untill you pretty much know where it is.. then take the panel home, and make it cover about like that one did.

Dont want this to be a Fast and the Furious scene where your floor drops out after a hard race

Paul Schwab is his name.

He doesn't visit board much, if any.

He has been busy looking for a job, after being laid of 2 months ago. I just talked to him yesterday on the phone.

Door was cut when he got the truck.

I personally wouldn't suggest it. As you will spend more time making door, than just dropping the tank out.

The funniest part of paul's truck, is even with door, it had a stock pump, until a few months ago. Previous owner cut door, but never upgraded.

Not worth effort IMO.

i agree.. unless your going to change fuel pumps more then 2 times..

dropping the tank isnt too big of a deal with a flor jack and some jack stands.

Nice idea, but seeing as I've only seen it once, I guess the effort isnt worth the trouble.

Get some soda, a pizza, and call some friends ;P
