Painted/Colored inserts?

Were any of the Typhoon wheels powdercoated white in the inserts? I know none of the Sys were, but I have seen a few white/white Tys that have the inserts white as well. Maybe it was a popular thing to do or what?
(The one I just got last month has white powdercoated inserts and this one does as well.)

Not from factory. It's kind of a "done to taste" thing.
