Part Number for oil filter relocation

I need the part number for the oil filter relocator. The al. part that bolts in where the oil filter would normally go. It has the lines attached to it that sends the oil up to the cooler.

Anyway mine has uped and hauled ass. cant find it anywhere. ( no I didnt lose if off the truck. I had the engine out. )

The part number on itself is 10172752.

Try also 10172754 or
10172750
