Part Number - Ty Mirrors

SyTyers.. I need a part number for the mirrors on Tys. Lookin' to put a set on my Sy. GM parts dept. didn't have a listing on the computer. The salesman said he might be able to locate the mirrors on the comp. if he had the vin. or part #. Anyone willing to send me a Ty vin (must be a certain digit/letter in the vin for the body kit/ext. parts?)? e-mail Dustin4ords@aol.com

I've seen junk yards that want 70 bucks a piece for these damn things.. hell one place in colorado springs (only had one, and no other place in town had any, i checked) wanted 150. ug.

I know bdubb found a set for 25 bucks or so. he's a jack ass though.

If anyone feels inclined to buy a set at a junk yard for 25 bucks, ill pay you 50 for em.

They are a pita to find around here

I went to GM today with all the part numbers for the electric mirrors, wiring harness, connectors, etc. The total bill was near $400. That's tax exempt. I'm not that crazy for Ty mirrors. Oh, the wiring harness has been discontinued also. I got all the part numbers from the SyTy Archives.. read V's previous posts. Looks like I'm gonna have to go hunting in the junkyards 'round here. I'll let you guys know if I find anything worth salvaging.
