Just purchased a 92 Ty and I had a couple of questions about getting parts. My truck needs an intake crossover tube and I called my local GMC dealership they said that most of the parts for these trucks are discontinued. What do most of sy/ty owners do for getting parts??? I see we have a parts wanted section but these intake tubes seem to be scarce. It also worries me on how I will get any parts if anything breaks in the future. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Where in Mass are you located? Any more pictures on the truck? Was it purchased locally?

I live in West Roxbury. Where do you live in Boston? Yeah I purchased it from a guy in Malden. Do you do all of the work on your truck yourself or do you take it to someone locally? I was thinking of Explicit Racing Design. I've done basic maintenance such as brakes, tune-ups oil changes on my previous car which was a 88 MX6 Turbo. I will take some more pictures when I pick it up this weekend.

I actually live in Malden. I don't think I've sene that truck around before. I've had almost all of my work done by Xplicit Racing, John does a great job and I would highly recommend getting anything done there.

Shoot me some pictures when you have a chance, it's nice to see some more locals.
