Theres a 40% chance of rain saturday but there has been a good chance everyday and its been nice. If it does rain we are making it for the following saturday, same place and time. Feel free to call if you are unsure (309)241-4598. 50+ cars are expected to show up, all makes and models now. Word spread pretty quick around here and a local car club helped out and made it into an event. Bring lawn chairs unless you just plan on sitting on the tailgate :tup: Gotta love syty's for that if nothing else, they always make good parking lot seating. Hope to see everyone there.

I saw that they pulled you over. At first I heard my dad pull out behind me spinning the tires and saw lights come on and thought they got him. He did it right in front of the cop but he was already after you. Those guys in the mustangs that sat there and powerbraked it and the guy in the caprice pulling the wheels in the parking lot probably caught the cops attention. It was a little loud. We should have known they'd be on there way. Anyways, sorry to hear about you luck. What was the ticket for anyways?

Fight it, how does a bone stock awd pickup do that? LOL. It was probably my dad that he heard or one of the 9000 other people doing dumb things there before we even left.

Same to you. The other two guys from pekin and e. peoria should have theirs ready soon and Im sure they'll be out at later events.
Maybe next time if my truck is running right I'll let you take it for a spin. Driving yours made me want another syclone :tup:

A few pics of the two syty's that showed up(and my dads Z28). The lot was pretty full with plenty of other cars though. Hooters invited centralstreetscene.org back (the local forum im on that was the majority of the people there) and that includes any syty's for the swimsuit competition. They have a swimsuit competition every year and at the same time theres a car show in this back lot. Everyone should plan on coming to that, I'll post up when I know dates. Last year I didnt have anything to show but it was a good time.

Chuck, did your son get to show off that picture he got with all the girls to his friends yet? :lol: Im really surprised that they just took the picture and didnt make him do a dance, hoola hoop, or anything like that. He got lucky :tup:

Well theres a car show at the Pekin Dome(behind sears) from I think 10 till 4 next saturday. I have to work till noon but Ill stop by out there around 2 if its nice.
