Pitman arm placement

I bought a zq8 steering box awhile ago and am now getting around to installing it on the frame. I had a shop pull the pitman arm off the shaft to install the new power performance piece. I forgot to have them mark the direction of the old shaft so I don't know which direction to place the pitman arm. Could someone give me an idea. Thanks.

Turn the new one and old one locked to the far right or left and reinstall in same position. If I remember correctly they have the same amount of end movement.

It turns out I must have gotten rid of the old box. Stupid me. Anybody else able to measure a box of theirs not installed?
