Has anyone been able to score this stuff locally? or is it strictly a mail order Item, where might I be able to score a can in lets say, Las Vegas, thanks .

A few years ago, Classic Auto Restorer magazine did a test of POR-15 and a few other "rust converter" paints. They found that Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator was by far the best paint, even better than POR-15. You can find them at http://www.eastwood.com .

I've used both POR-15 and Rust Encapsulator, and they both seem to work okay. However, I have't tried any long-term tests like the magazine did, so I can't really give you any first-hand reports on durability.
