Took the Ty out for the first time today! She is running great!! It sat untouched for 5 years so I had to fix a couple things on it. The drivers side front brake caliper was hanging up on it, so I swapped out both driver's and passenger's rubber hoses which fixed that problem. Then I had to chase down a water leak which turned out to be coming from the water pump. Put a new pump on it today and took it for a spin! This thing is so smooth its amazing. It needs a set of shocks eventually but I am very happy with it! I tried my hand at polishing it up and although it does look better, it still needs a professional's touch. Here is a quick pic I took down the park. (yes I have the center caps, just didn't put them back on after the brake job)

Get some black grille emblems. Those red are probably wrong.I mean since they didn't come out until the 1600's.

Is the core support original? JJK sticker?

I think a previous owner installed it. I'm kinda partial to it... then again, I liked the roof rack originally too.

I was persuaded not to install the roof rack or wing and I too kind of like them...

Hmm. If you decide to get rid of the wing, maybe I could buy your mounting tab things...

The rug is bad, I know. I use it lay on. My Sy does not leak. Steve and you are right, I will take the bike down. It did not even cross my mind. Although, it is really secure there. Fear not, it will be taken down in a few minutes :tup:
