I have TONS of pictures of different wheel and tire combos on different trucks. Some I like, some I dont.

I think i am going to do 17x9.5s all around with 275-40-17 tires. Yet I think that maybe 275/40-18s would be better. maybe even 17x9.5s and 17x11s...

Could I get a bunch of you guys to post up some tire sizes and if possible pics so that people like myself can really see what we want to do?

I don't think you'll want 18" wheels with a 275/40. If you went 18's, I'd say go 285/35-18. If you want to run 17's (either 9's or 9.5's) do a 275/40. And if you run 11's in the rear, you'll want 315/35-17's.

Are the 275/40/18s too large? fitment issues are you saying?

My truck doesnt have cladding by the way.

Im running 4 zo6 17x9.5 with 275/40-17 and love the setup.

The 275/40-18 is 25mm taller than the 275/40-17, or about an inch. Would probably work, but might look a little goofy.

275/40/17 front, 315/35/17 rear on ZR-1 clones, looks "RIGHT"

IMO If you have a stock front suspension & steering, limit your front tire widths to 245's or 255's.

I use 275 40 17's on 9.5" zr1 rims
don't mind the dirt

None whatsoever... I do have coilovers up front though.

The rims are 17x9 polished ROH Snypers, 18mm rear and 52mm front offsets

I have 17x8's with 245/45/17 up front and 275/40/17 out back. The rears are slightly big for the rim but it still looks good. Id rather have 17x9's

56mm fronts and 50mm rears I believe.

255/35 20" all around on 8,5" and 9" wide rims

Well, if they ever get my damn 18x12 & 18x9.5 Chrome Z06's shipped, these bad boys ar going on the rear of the Ty with matching 295's on the front!
