Rough itinerary for the event this year:
Thursday:
- Indoor truck set-up in building Y 12p.m. – Until Completion
Friday:
- Gates open 7a.m.
- Gates Close 6p.m.
- Test and Tune @ South Mountain Raceway 7p.m.
- Smoked BBQ at track
- Hang out at hotel parking lot in the evening
Saturday:
- Gates open 7a.m.
- Harmon’s Tiki Bar outside building Y
- Gates close 6p.m.
- Group dinner at Appalachian Brew Co. time TBD
- Group photos at parking lot of restaurant
- Hang out at hotel parking lot in the evening
Sunday:
- Gates open 7a.m.
- Gates close 3p.m.
We will be changing and tweaking this up until the event to allow for all events that are planned.
