I have been looking around for websites that more clearly explain the principles for changning the exhuast sizing in particular setups such as pro 5.0's or similar. Like 4" to 5" or anything like that. Exhuast veloitcy/temperature stuff!

Came up with nothing, can anyone help?

THanks!

Go to the SAE website and order from their library. I am away at work right now but I have a number of books at home specific to this, and none of the froofy non-engineer crap stuff. I can't remember their exact names right now. The SAE technical section will have what you need though. For like $350 you can order a CD-ROM of all of their technical white papers specific to motorsport; chassis, motor, suspension design, alcohol injection, more stuff than you would ever need.

I think "The Design and Tuning of Competition Engines " has some good info too, you can get it at http://www.devek.net/index.php?page=nfo_pro_books

There are books like intake and exhaust design for race applications published by the SAE. They have enough stuff for you to spend the rest of time doing calcs...
