Re: Crispy

Thanks again Mike. Sorry for all of the small missing parts. The USPS is getting thier monies worth and thanks so much Ron for delivering the big parts to mike. All I can say is thanks so much to this SYTY family here in Colorado.

Does anyone know if a standard blazer or bolt will work for this. Mike asked me for this part and I remember after the truck caught fire I had to remove I so we could get it on the trailer but I cannot remember where I put it. Mike - maybe check in the driver door pocket...

BTW - Since sportmachines is closed does anyone have a vacuum kit for sale?

Re: Crispy

Got a little more done today. Over the next few days I should make some real big progress since I will be working on it all day instead of a few hours here and there. Hoping to be able to start this thing up by mid week.

Re: Crispy

A little more progress today. Got the TB installed, some sensors in and a little wiring done. Tomorrow I plan to install the master cylinder and start running brake lines along with having the alternator bracket and power steering pump in place. I think I can be at a point tomorrow where I can get the core support in and Sunday have fenders on. Once the distributor gets here I think I will be pretty close to starting it up after some very minor interior wiring.

Thanks guys! Didn't get to the fenders today but hopefully tomorrow. The goal is to be able to start the truck by Wednesday or Thursday and it run enough for Aaron to pull on to a trailer.

Re: Crispy

Does Aaron still need a non-a/c box? I'm going over to qwertyphoons tomorrow and have another box to blast and paint I think I've got 5 total now complete w/blower motors and in good shape. I'll be prepping another I just obtained the other day! I'm more than happy to help a fellow Aaron get his SyTy back up and moving again! Lmk!

Good luck and Godspeed!

Aaron k.
