Question on Ty intake castings

In my quest to find the perfect Ty. I have come across something. I have noticed on the lower sequence numbered trucks the upper intake has "Syclone" written in red, and the later ones I've looked at seem to be the same color as the casting of the rest of the intake. I have read that the depth of the casting differs in the later ones but nothing about the color. Did they just get lazy with the later castings ? Anyone know about that ??? Also are there any differences found from the lower numbered trucks to the higher ???

a lot of people just paint the letters. Red was very popular in the early 90s.

so its not factory then...must be a coincidence that everyone had red?

well the syclone decals were red...so it just seemed fitting to make the intake match. Everyone likes black/red.
