Radiators...whats best?

Is this your bush?
I'd Like some input on radiators... What works , who likes what... I'm gonna be removing all a/c related components that are left and the condenser is one in order to install the braided trans lines I've obtained from a awesome member thanks socalblue! So if you have replaced yours what did you like best about it and least?

Thanks Aaron

What is it, the C4 vette radiator fires the stock location and offered up an increase in cooling.

There's that aluminum one from summit racing. I have it saved on my desktop but not on my phone. I'm actually gonna get it. It doesn't have the oil or trans cooler connections on it.

I personally would not get a radiator without at least transmission hookups. its a very efficient way of being rid of excess heat, but it also warms the transmission fluid which is just as important, if not more.

Already have it, just don't have the truck running yet. It does appear to be decent quality, I plan to have a couple of threaded spacers welded onto the tanks for mounting an electric fan setup.

An external trans cooler will work just fine if not better than stock. Radiator not having the trans cooler built in means more engine coolant can fit in it.

What ever it takes!!
Re: Radiators...whats best?

spend your money on an edelbrock water pump instead. I run a stock rad on my trucks and sometimes dont even need my fans on to cool down,

I drove pretty hard through Mulholland Drive out here in CA over the summer, and my upgraded water pump, extreme duty clutch, 160 deg thermostat, and S10 Xtreme fan couldn't keep up. It all depends on how girly you drive.
