Rapid clicking No start :(

Put in a new start awhile back added a fuse to the battery and drove it for awhile let it sit for 3 weeks now as soon as i try to start it, tries to crank a few times then the jumperpack gets low and i start hearing rapid clicks and no turning over. Any idea what else might be causing the problem? When it does turn over it sounds like it's TRYING to start but possibly no spark as it turns over about 10 times and the jumper pack runs outta juice?

Either give the battery an overnight charge, or use jumper cables and jump with another vehicle. Sometimes the jump box wont have enough amperage to juice up a discharged battery. Best of Luck.
