just to mention, if you do pick up s-10 leafs, and leaf spring shop can de-arch your springs for around $50. it is safe and gets the desired results for prob $75 total and some of your time.

In my OPINION you are a retard for having a tow hitch on you syclone. I can see it now, your towing something, the truck breaks, then you get on here complaining about gmc making a faulty product. Even though the manual CLEARLY says, 500lb weight limit for the bed and NO towing. And on that note too, if you were planning on towing something, why the hell would you get fiberglass leafsprings?

And I will repeat what myself and someone else already stated. Go to the junk yard and get springs. You already said you don't care if it's "lifted" a little. There is only so much complaining you can do before you have to just get out there and fix the problem.

J/K! I thought I would put a little humor this the thread as it seems we have some newbee ( that would be Pariah from San Antone) that can't handle reality. We can make this real simple for you. If this is how you react to a set of springs then you need to sell your truck to someone who enjoys them. Most of the mods one does to these SyTy's are aftermarket and with short or no warranties available. If you are going to raise issues on here to get support for wanting something for nothing, you came to the wrong board, pal.

We support and help each other on this board. Most members on here (including several that tried to give you good advice) will bend backward to help a fellow board member. You need to take their advice and enjoy your truck for what it is. If that is not your style, sell it and go join another board. For a newbee you sure started out as a pain. Hope you get your springs soon and learn how to become a board contributor instead of someone getting off playing board drama...

Having said my piece about this newbee...I do plan to also use the hitch to pull a small trailer during drag week this year providing the timing works out.
