rear stabilizer bar with stock suspension

So, I took out the blocks, and I realize that I can not get the aftermarket (I guess Beltech) rear stabilizer bar to work at stock height. Even if I adjust the bushings, it still doesn't work. Any hints?

I have a beltech sway bar on my green/gray ty at stock ride height .

If you send me your email or phone I can take a few pics of the one on mine. Body is off so I can get good ones. Not sure of brand.
