Well, I though I'd post my recent Ebay score now that I have it here and just about ready for install. Sort of a sneak peak of what my SY will look like at NATS this year.

Finally, I got my plates in the mail the other day as well. "8 A HEMI" was already taken so i had to settle for this....

$46.50!!!!!!! What a steal!!! I have to get my tailgate painted soon. Oh yeah, I'll probably be writing to you about some more decals :rotf: Like the full set minus the windshield banner I just got.

Actually, I like the reverse logos as well.... hmm. Id have to modify it a bit though and help with removing the overbearing red around the C, L, O and E.... but I like.


might have to keep that in mind for the future and go into my OEM Sy vectored logo artwork and have it on standby :tup:

Thanks for the :tup: I was wondering if anyone would notice.
I'll do the other two when I get the extra pair of door cladding pieces.
This way I'll still have all of my original decals.

Well, I got it installed and I must say that it was a snap.
Never changed out the hardware on a gate before.
I even got the spoiler on. Now all I have to do is figure out
something about that tacky looking exhaust.

looks good....but yea that exhaust is pretty honda-esque lookin.

That is a sexy a$$ truck. Im with everybody else, ditch the exhaust. Maybe try side exit, or stock appearing Sy tips. just my :2cents:

Looks nice but gotta agree on the exhaust you know what would look good a couple borla tips out the back

I have something in mind... Maybe I'll photoshop it and post a pic. I want to keep the dual set-up but also kep it low profile. Don't really want big round tips hanging under there. i have that on my GT and
it's ok but I think it can be better. Besides, I wan to be just a little different.

OK...how about these? Black or Chrome I haven't decided but they are the low profile I'm looking for. Just wish they were more oval instead of square. Although our trucks are square... Hmmm???

Gotta say I think dual side exits would be the way to go. Just my opinion tho

if you like dual - why not tuck them up and just aim that at the ground right under the cover. just so you see a little chrome.

the gate looks good and i really like the decals

I think that looks way better than the original. And for da exhaust: cut it off!!!
