Reliable Typhoon shop in midwest?

My Dad lives in Fargo, ND. He has Typhoon #2081. He is looking for a reliable (preferrably a specialist) to work on his Ty up in the area. Wants a turbo upgrade, but also someone who can give a "20 yr service" and just realy go through and make it tip top. Can anyone suggest smeone in the area? He is willing to ship it, but the closer the better.

We can certainly do whatever needs to be done to the Ty. We also have an excellent shipper that will take great care of the truck.
