Relocated IC Lines

I did the rubber line conversion tonight on my Typhoon. I don't think I've seen that many hose clamps on one vehicle before. I just had to do things a bit different...I decided that because I'm going to be putting in an external wastegate, I'd move the IC pump somewhere else. So I put it under the air cleaner box...Where I am very worried it won't get any cooling air. It was a horrible process getting the air out of it, but it seems to work great. Before when I'd drive around town a bit, those steel lines would really heat up the fluid, even with the Johnson pump. It was too hot to touch. I drove around for almost an hour tonight, and the fluid is pretty cool to the touch. I think it worked! Thanks for the tips...the search is really a magical thing. Reminds me of a sign I saw on the bathroom door of my girlfriends dorm....

I'll paraphrase...
"The Search...USE IT!"
