Replacement HVAC vacuum control switch?

Every vent works properly except the floor vent. When I select heat I can hear a vacuum leak behind the switch and the airflow moves to the defroster. Before spending silly money on a used control panel to get a switch just as old and worn, has anyone found a workable replacement part? All the parts sources list it as NLA and not cross-referenced replacement.

I have a NOS vacuum switch in the GM box in my stash. P/N 16047875. I bought 2 of them over the counter at least 20 years ago, and have the one left. They may still be available, I didn't search just now.

The plastic spider valve is listed as NLA on all the major parts outlets. I had hoped for a replacement part number, but I may well just have to settle for a used part that I can test/recondition before use...

I believe that I have one more set of controls left that I removed from a donor vehicle years ago. They look nice but I was unable to test them. I would sell if anyone is interested.
