Replacement turbo question

Any opinions on how a Precision SC6152S would perform on the 4.3?

0.63 AR exhaust, 0.70 Cold side. It has a GT35R wheel.

It would perform well. With the smaller .63 housing it'll spool great. Might want a little bit of a stall on it (say 2400?) but I would give it a go on the stocker and see how it goes.

It's going on a '99 blazer that I'm using the sy/ty manifolds on. 2114 intake converted to MPFI and 50 lb/hr injectors.

You might want bigger injectors (60#), that turbo will be able to max out those injectors.

I'm not going max effort on it. 350 hp or so will make me happy for now.

350hp will be a cake walk. I have a later factory balance shaft block bottom with Vortec and custom cam. My truck is making 450+hp at 14psi. Even if I had stock cam and Vortec heads, I don't think it would be that difficult to make 500hp+ with higher boost levels and the 2114 intake has better air flow distribution (and I suspect air flow) than the factory SyTy intake manifold. The biggest question is if the factory short block will take it.

Down the road I might build a motor for it. If so I'll find out what the factory bottom end will take, lol.
