well i knew who the guys was that was killed. Not a friend, but knew of him. He went to all the PSCA races and was one of the biggest fans at all the events. HE had a bad ass ATV on huge chrome daytons he always drove around the pits. I always remember trying to get him to race me on the gopeds.
Some of my friends were there at the track on thurs night, and basically this mexican dude threw a bottle and hit the dude Leo in the head while they were sitting in the stands. After getting hit, Leo ended up beating the shit out of the guy for throwing the bottle. Finally the mexican dude got tired of getting the shit kicked out of him and grabbed his gun. Pretty much unloaded the whole clip. 3 bullets instantly Leo, and 2 other bystandards got hit.
definately a shame.. The gentlemen who was killed was always super cool and laid back. Some of my friends knew him well and had nothing but great thing to say about him.
