Shift Cable

i am trying to sort out how the shift cable is supposed to be installed on to the transmission.

First, I am misssing the bracket i think bolts on where the trans pan does, so i guess i need one of those. part number?

Second, it looks to me like the gear selector arm has a "square" kind of hole in it, is there some special hardware supposed to be used to bolt the cable to it? if so i guess i need that too. part number?

:(

any help would be appreciated.

Yeah your missing the tranny pan bracket. The square hole has a bolt with two falt side and the sqaure part is the adjustment. I have the tranny lever off my truck and going to be installing it tommorrow, I can take pictures of what the parts are (if you want them)

I think Kwick6(Scott) bought some of these brackets. You have to modify these when using the Gilbert HD propshaft.
