Re: Should i Sell?

It depends on what you want to do. Are you going to recreate your Sy again? Do something different? Keep it stock or are you ready for a change. For my Sy, I wouldn't do it. I would just go out and buy another one, and do a very similiar build, some of the parts are discontinued and would be a major PIA to acquire again. It would cost me more and the time spent wouldn't be worthwhile.
I didnt sell. I think i would be kickn myself in the ass today if i had. I dont need the money, not ready for CHANGE yet. The guy did know what the truck was, wasnt showing off in front of a hot chic, and may be interested in another SY but really liked mine. I'll keep you guys in the loop if and when he decides he wants a differnt SY. In talking to the man we got a job from him to paint his 64 chevy conv.
Investment wise i should have sold the truck, but im not hurting for money, no wife or kids to pressure the sell either.
With the caliber of cars/trucks at the show i was suprised at the attention my SY got. I got a couple of "thats the sweetest paint job i have ever seen" compliments, "man thats the meanest truck in here" It was by far not the best paint at the show, not the best paint within a 100 ft of our booth at the show, but compliments like that are a big reason for keeping the truck for now. Even the painter was a little upset at the attention my truck was getting, this was because other display truck had a ton of art work and was his main display piece. My truck got a lot more attention than the other truck we had there. The other truck probably has too much going on in my opinion, but does showcase the painters abilty.
The miles dont scare me on my truck, the whole truck has been gone thru exect the motor, and when it pops i will put one in it so it can be a low 10 sec, flamed bass monster

I'd think twice about it because IMO, you have one of the sweetest looking Syclones in existence....and I have yet to see it in person.
Thanks T-bone
