It was cool going out and meeting some of syty guys at a San Pedro today. The turn out was low at this location but this is the first one and consider it a feeler meet to get ready for our next one. Like everyone is saying we do our own meet to keep everyone feeling comfortable. Give it up to Matt on getting the guys together and look forward to our next one.

Any details on the twin turboed Silverado?

Looks like the guy could have saved some $$$ if he bought the Edelbrock intake & not have such a tight turn before the throttle body.
Very nice job though.
Edelbrock LS-XT intake manifold.
We've combined the intake and fuel rail kits into one low price!
Our intake package includes intake #7139 (plain finish) and fuel rail kit #3629.
Combination Sale Price $577.43!

It was good to meet you guys, sorry I rolled with the SS guys this time. Next time one spot and a good time, and a meal place. I will roll the Syclone next time. I had to meet up with groups of SS in five different places on one day that started at 3:30am it was a long day....

I wish that was the case. A lot of SS guys are having trouble with this kit. It is not as bolt on as we had hoped. I wanted it too, but it is not the best for a daily driver.:(

Hmm,
I have not heard of any problems.
What exactly are the problems & why is it not good for a daily driver, too much like a tunnel ram? Loss of low end power?
I can't remember if it's for a cathedral port head or the larger square port heads?

Re: SoCal Chevy/GMC truck meet!!!

Cathedral port head only for now. The have said that they'll be a spare port version soon, but I wont hold my breath. As for a daily driver, a little loss in low end from the truck intake (from what I have heard) and it doesn't just bolt on. There is some customizing that needs to be done to work on the LS truck motors.
