Thats terrible! I pulled over in the parking lot and waited for you, and 15 mins later I never saw you come out... I then went the the liquor store to get a water and look to see if I could see your TY, but I didn't see you and figured you passed me. I tried calling you, but went to voicemail... I'm really sorry this happened, the law enforcement is terrible nowadays. Its more about the $$ and being A-Holes over right and wrong. I get pulled 10-20 times a year, and they always are complete A holes and I'm never breaking the law in any way! If you need any help at all with anything don't hesitate to call.

I can't say that if I DID change the address on my license to MY house that I would have got a DMV notice since it didn't come to my dads house anyway. So polling through what I could have done differently, I COULD have been a bipedal anus and read my Drivers License often, but I'm not that way. Whatever, I changed my locks and recoded my garage door just for piece of mind. Total price: $145(release)+$152(Jabbas Fight Palace) = $297 cash plus bonus for the two awesome people (I still owe one) that helped retrieve the car before it was fully molested. One of Jabbas henchmen pulled the Ty forward and asked "Is it turbo charged?" and I said "Yes, now OOOOOUT, OOOOOUT!!!" which is what I used to say to our dogs. Another guard popped his fat head out of a window and asked if it was a Typhoon. If I was in Mexico I probably would have punched both of them and taken off. I checked over everything and all is good. For sure they opened the hood, you can see their greasy fingerprints and I think one looked where the Vac ball area is because fingerprints were on the cladding in front of the tire. Maybe looking at the rims. I should be a detective. Anyway, I Quickdetailer'd the body and it's back to normal so I'm not freakn' out anymore.

That was fun...let's not do it ever again ok!?

Damn that really sucks man. I'm glad you got the truck out in a reasonable timeframe, but I figure they should have been a little more lenient with your clean record and compliance.

Wish I could've made the meet, but my truck is sitting in my garage patiently waiting for me to finish the repairs it needs to get smogged. My tags are out of date so it most certainly would have been a bad thing had I brought the truck out with that sobriety checkpoint. Two impounded SyTys wouldn't have made for a very fun day at all.

I definitely wasn't in the right state of mind that night. I just found an "expired license" ticket in the Ty's registration envelope. I must have stuffed it in there gathering my things and forgot about it. So I DID get a ticket. I thought I SHOULD have gotten a ticket. Well it looks like I'm still in the Nazi Germany game. ROUND TWO...FIGHT!!!

Just got back from court. Court fees + Fine = $200. Sucks but nothing really I could really do. Live and... well live!
