I notice sometimes I click the HOME link @ the top left and it takes me to http://www.syty.net/forums/cmps_index.php

And sometime it takes me to ..... http://www.syty.net/forums/

Ive never had it take me to the forum, so :dunno: I dont see how a link would magically change.

"home" always goes to .net without the forums. If you click the first part of the series of links above that, then it takes you to the "home" of the forum.

Never changes for me either :dunno:
