im having a starting issue with my gt,after it sits for longer than 10-15 minutes i have to mash the accelerator pedal to the floor and crank for about 15 seconds before it will start, then i can smell a strong odor of fuel which tells me its probably flooding out at least one cylinder like if a poppet valve is sticking open and filling the cylinder full of fuel. anyone ever ran into this problem before?

put a pressure gauge on it turn key see what pressure is turn key off and watch gauge if it slowly drops you need a regulator

CPI spider and nut kit. Pull the IMTV and use a flashlight to look inside int man. If one side is clean and the other dirty, you need the prviously mentioned spider ass'y. There's a leak.

finally got around to fixing my noma this weekend, i removed the upper intake and found the lower had puddles of gas in the bottom so i soaked it uo and cycled the key on. turns out the pressure line to the injector had some small cracks in it where it is crimped on the fitting coming through the lower intake. replaced the line and thrucks runs great, for now at least
