yep, they are the Grand Sport Vette Wheels. 17x9 up front 17x11 in rear. I like them!!
your cost will depend on who does the install. some install like mark's and the others, the labor can be twice as much as the equipment. Lots of work goes into those types of builds.
If you do it yourself or pay for something simple it wont be that bad...

You can fit some huge speakers/tweaters in there. I think I have like a 4" speaker in there?
