I would start from the begining and set the motor to tdc on the compretion stroke and check the distributer to make shore it is on the # 1 post on the cap. check the ignition wires again put some fresh plugs in . go over your vac lines make shore there is no fuel in the lines reset the ecm .Make shore the fuel pressure is not to high. When you say the plugs are fouled are they wet with fuel or are they black ?just some ideas. hope it helps
the shop i brought it to said that the truck was heavily modded but was pretty much put back to stock specs
the only thing about the cam is when they said that i had aliitle less vaccum than stock and thats sings of a different cam.
the plugs are black and wet but not realy that wet you can see it but its not much fuel on them
