Well here they are a few new pics of SRT NOT. I finally mounted the OEM Grand Sport wheels that i got from Junior1 from the forum along with some nice potenza RE750 rubber to wrap them. I also lowered the rear 2" with some custom made lowering blocks that the old man made. I also installed the KYB monomax shocks that i got for my B-day. And all i can say is WOW it drives like a new vehicle.

Looks sick, love the wheels. I think the front can come down a little bit more.

Nice SS too.

Yes, the front does need to come down about .50-.75". That will happen this weekend !!!

Thanks guys. The paint is original. It was color sanded, cleared, bufffed, and the cladding painted in 92 by the first owner. Yes, the cover is going back on. It is getting all new buttons installed by a local auto interior shop. I am supprised on how much dirt the bed collects with out a cover!!!!! And the exhaust is tucked good with a turn down that is hard to see!!! Kinda stealth, I like it!!!

Is that your dad holding the 4' framing level? If so he looks EXACTLY like the supervisor that tried to fire me ~6yrs ago for getting freaky with some chick in the basement (hey, I was on my lunch break :dunno: ).

Nice truck BTW...drop the front ~.75" and you'll be golden  .

Is that your dad's impala ss parked on the sidewalk too? If so, it's nice. Looks good man, I remember seeing it at the meet  Keep up the good work

No thats my Impala SS. The old man wont drive it, he says it drives like "brick shithouse" but he does like the Sy.

Bring it, Its your choice of poison :) The SS just dynoed 305 rwhp and 340 rwtq. Not bad for never having the motor apart, huh!!! I have smoked a few SRT vehicles here in Cali.. Lots of the SRT drivers here think they have the hottest shit since slick white bread. Well i also think that it has to do with living in L.A. However they are still super fast from the factory, so two thumbs up!!!

Looks sharp, and those wheels look familiar. I guess that packing job worked

...noticed you have the rear Syclone emblem, no GMC truck logo, black grill emblems, and no
side logos. Are you going for the steath look,
or the stock look? <just curious>
...missing a front center cap?
...does CA require front license?
...dunno if clear lenses would look okay on front (or goofy).

VERY nice Syclone! Congratulations. Lots of work done very tastefully.

They do legally, but I never ran one when I lived there and no one ever cared. Just like the speed limit you can drive 10-15 over all the time, right by cops and most don't even care. They have more important things to do, but that could just be in the big cities.

It's called "cladding" and he bought the truck with it already painted. Probably have to go down and get an estimate. Shouldn't be too bad though.
