Starting and stalling

Looking for some help from those guys here with FAST in their trucks. Basically what is happening is, the truck starts up ok, but will die straight away if i do not blip the throttle constantly to keep it running. i have check timing, fuel pressure, etc to make sure all is well there. i am going a bit nuts trying to track down this blasted problem.

any help would be much appreciated. i have a copy of a data log showing the throttle blips and then the stall for those with c-com.
