:rotf: I'm glad I finished my cereal before I read 4c feds comment, it's good shows exactly what needs to be done.

Thanks guys. This is just such a easy and cheap upgrade I thought I would put it in video form.

It was easy to show since my truck is all apart! And my wife commented on the crispy parts as well. I need to spend some time with the wire brush!!!

There wasn't enough rusted bolts, or swearing. :)

Aaron, great video! I voted for it and hope others do as well.

Now back to editing a Steeda power pak install on a '07 Mustang GT500, its crazy how easy they can pick up about 100HP. The test drive in the rain was a little more crazy. :lol:

only thing that needs to be added is years of said jeep and rather it is a cherokee or wrangler

To me is seems amazing that you can just get a steering shaft from another vehicle and exchange it. What are some of the other options we have? Did GM ever upgrade there parts? This is one of the first things I want to do to my Syclone, is update the steering for no slop.

Just wait till you see the video for the hydroboost... That one was edited due to language expressed while trying to remove the brake booster and getting fire extinguisher dust in my eyes. It got a little colorful!

That video really helps but do i have to remove all the stuff that is in front of my shaft? I still have my abs and everything else that is stock on the truck. Can the shaft be installed with all this stuff in the way or do I need to remove specific items?

Does anyone know the specific make/model/year of Jeep these shafts are from, the ones that don't require any cutting? It seems to be left out of most discussions I've been able to find using the search.
