Stiffest Shocks?

Former Ty owner from a couple years ago checking in...may be getting a new one.

I'm looking for the stiffest shock setup I can possibly get (besides removing the suspension all-together :p ). I don't want ANY float and a comfortable ride is not important at all.

I'm looking at:
-Koni 80-Series
-KYB Gas-A-Justs
-HAL QA1
-Bilstein HD

Search has told me that the Koni 80-series can break your back and the KYB Gas-A-Just can have you pissing blood. I've also read that the HAL QA1 adjustables are high quality but no one has really posted about how stiff you can adjust them to. The Bilstein HD's are another option but I don't think they're near as stiff as the other three options.

And yes I'm well aware that having a shock that's too stiff can possibly adversely affect handling.

I am teh kingpin!
HAL you can get real tight.

get rid of the torsion bars and leaf springs in back too.

i run the konis.
soft they aint.
i utterly love them - along w/ all the other stuff, the truck just shouldnt handle that well...

For a long time the Bilstein Sports were considered to be the stiffest - more than one person who put them on ended up taking them off due to extreme stiffness. Haven't heard anyone talking about them for a long time now though.

My brothers Typhoon has the bilsteins on it. Its not fun to ride in at all if there is even a small bump in the road. the whole truck feels like its going to come apart when you hit a bump in the road. never had any experience with the others though.
