Nice dude! We are going to have a good time.

As far as the meth. Its up to you. How much do you want for it? I go to walmart and get meth. I figure its around $10 to fill my 1.5 gallon holding tank. I might have to do some tuning if I try that stuff. Just to make sure im on the same page with it.

I ended up not making it to street drags. My truck is bombed right now. Not sure whats going on. Anyways my two neighbors still went. I called down to see how it was going. He said there was a black Typhoon racing down there. When I heard that I was really disapointed that I did not show up. Anyone here?

I went to street drags this last Friday. I talked with the guy that owns the black typhoon. I guess hes a member of the forum. I offered help and told the guy I could bring my laptop and run datamaster on it but he didnt really seem to up for that.
I might have came across as a "know it all" when I was just trying to help. I might have left a sour taste in his mouth. I think his name is Bill.

Anyways I didnt race. Beacuse of my boost issues. I did figure it out though. Here are some vids of my neighbor racing. There are three of us that all drive down together.

Those are some nice runs. That thing really moves. It would be fun to line up next to you at the street drags. Im sure it would be close.

Those are some great launches in that Typhoon (Great vids of the cars going down out the rear window too). I also would love to see this race between Rookie and GMCIntimidatorSS.

It sure seems like Bill's Typhoon comes out of the hole harder than mine. Maybe thats because of the stall he has.

A stall? On his YouTube videos it says "a STOCK GMC Typhoon". Doesn't seem very honest, especially emphasizing "STOCK" in caps like that. What other mods does this "STOCK" Typhoon have that he didn't mention?

Now I want to see this race between him and Rookie more than ever. :thumbsup:

I plan on being down there September 12th. Its the last one of the year. I think all the Midwest Sy/Ty'ers should head down there and hog all the trophies. That would be really funny.

The engine is stock. Just put in all new stock inj and a new computer this spring. The tranny was rebuilt last fall after blowing up. I told the place that rebuilt it I occasionally raced it so they suggested a few upgrades to the tranny. So the tranny has some heavy duty parts in it and a higher stall torque converter. It's part # G29PHS, I am not sure what the stall is on it though so I called and they said it was a 2000 but that does not sound right so they are looking into it more for me. After I got it back and broke the tranny in, the first launch I did it blew up again. So they fixed it again but what blew was the input drum shaft assm. So they put in a steel billet one and its been working great since then. When I bought the truck it had a jet power chip in it and I put that in the new computer also. Those are the only mods the truck had at the time of those vids so I would say its pretty stock compared to what else could be done.

Yeah it would be great to line up against rookie, just to have fun. I should be there in Sept also.

Im heading down for the last Street Drags of the year. September 12th. You guys have 10 days to get your truck running. So get on it and head down there. Let me know if you would like to meet and head down together.
I hope to get lots of video for you guys.
