after i stop at a light and go it stumbles for like a few feet like it doesnt have much power to it
and if i give it more gas itll catch and start to spool...

Even though the plugs are new, have you pulled a couple to take a look at them? Did you gap them correctly? What all parts did you use?

another thing to check is the park/neutral switch at the shifter. If you have a scan tool, check that it correctly displays when you are in park/neutral vs. in gear. If no scan tool, check to make sure the starter will not crank when in drive or reverse. The ECM sets advance/fueling different in gear vs park/neutral.

Another thing is to check for a vacuum leak. In fact, you really should just replace all the vacuum hoses & tubes if this has not been done.

I did the vacuum system on my Ty last weekend. Everything looked OK to the casual eye. But, when I pulled the connector off the EGR solenoid, it was split at the bottom where I couldn't see it. When I pulled the rest off, and checked each 'branch' with my MityVac... every single one was leaking, to some degree (at the joins between the rigid tubing and the rubber hose). Now it's tight as a drum, and my truck idles like a freakin' Cadillac.
