Warmpancakes, I'll take up on your invite sometime soon. I bought ur6ix plugs to throw in and some fresh mobil 1 but she definately could use a decent comb over. I need to get a data master etc. specialy since I'm using this as my daily driver and am trying to stay on top of everything. not to mention 110K
threw in a set of tweed seat covers tonight just to keep the seats under wraps, the squeeze balls are already broke off thats bad enough!
also made the apointment at the rustproofers!

dont rust proof it just keep it out of the salt, if you are going to drive it in the winter the body will be junk in 2 years

I'm trying to use the sy as my daily driver, which sucks in MI because of the salt. the truck sat in the garage today but I'm sure when I drove it earlier it collected salt. you guys really think the body will go that fast? I've had other s-10 platform vehicles with slight rust and no problems. warmpancakes you never did mention where you're at. I know you're near the D but there are a lot a places around Detroit

i live in redhole i mean redford basically 2.3 miles from the Hood, for now, go buy a 500.00 throw away car and park the sy those wheels wont last a year in the salt, besides you will save the 500.00 on your insurance just over the winter,

I don't know exactly how to post pics, never had to? the truck has 109,000 miles on it. rebuilt trans, fresh front suspension(ball joints, a arm bushings, shocks, brakes,etc.) clean, tuned up, MAINTANED truck. sorry Doug this one was close to home but you'll have yours sold quickly I'm positive.

I was in redford last year at this time looking at a sy. I have family in waren, rochester hills, sterling hieghts, waterford, and canton. I'll be in canton tommorrow for wife's family christmas and to Ikea

All I honestly remember was a wierd circle turn around thing in the middle of nowhere and the truck was in a car hualer next to a pole barn with a 71 barracuda and a 55 chevy drag car. it was definately out a ways and on a dirt road. the trucks original owner lived in minnesota. the truck was decent but needed a paint job and the interior was dirty. is that you?

it was definately intersting. if I had just gone a few years back it would have sparked my interest to invest in the taiwanese manufacturing industries. some stuff is nice but I think its more for the people who remodel and redecorate every 1-3 years. you think thats bad I went and looked at chinese crested puppies too!
