Sounds fishy, yes. But as an active-duty servicemember I kept my Washington State phone number even while stationed in Virginia. Could be the case here, as there's military over there.

Never seen the truck in person, but I almost sure it's legit. I've been in contact with the owner (syty.net member). He hopes to make our next cruise and meet everyone.
