Hey y'all,

Got some more work done today...

Finished my A/A intercooler mock up... Gotta take the core support and various parts to the powder coater... Also gotta make the aluminum tabs that will be welded to the top and the bottom of the intercooler to replace the AWOL hood latch support...

Here's a pic:

Also leak tested my new sumped 13 gallon tank and sprayed it gloss black.

The list is getting smaller everyday!! Just found out that Earls is now making a new braided nylon covered PTFE (Teflon) hose that is gonna save me a G on plumbing my fuel system :tup:

So... Wiring, fuel system, intercooler, and radiator... That's all that's left!!

Think I will be driving it this year!!

It's a Precision A/A intercooler... I chopped the 2.75" ends off and welded on tight radius cast 3" 90*'s... It has a 3.5" thick core, 10.5" tall, an I think the core is like 26" wide if my memory serves me correctly..

I wish I could help dude, but I bought the one that's on my truck back in 06.. Took me going through five of them that the dealer ordered before I got one that was not damaged..

Worked on the Sy more today... Finished my engine oil cooler lines and got some work done on my radiator and electric fan package..

Found my pops in his natural habitat, making parts for my cars... Lol...



Got my standoffs welded to my radiator so I can bolt my ramchargers fan setup to it and made the feet for the radiator and had them welded on..



Test fitted the package in the truck and there went all of my space.. I am going to have to get creative with the turbo intake elbow as it's very tight over in that neck of the woods..

i wish i could see this in person right now. how hard would it be to slide the radiator over an inch or two to the driver side to give you more turbo clearance?

Got my intercooler back from ceramic coating, got it installed, and nicely lined up with the modified grill.
