it has the full atr setup on it turbo, downpipe, chip, 7th injector... i put an msd 6al in it the other day and it didnt change anything o2 is brand new, new plugs didnt make a difference either.. wires are a little older but are in good shape also tried running half/half 110 octane and premium and like i said when it is cold look out but when it gets warm it falls on its face. and i have not got into the computer yet trying to find a worthy person to tune it near by.

I'm not an expert, but from what I've read on here the seventh injector is a piece of sh** that causes driveability issues. I mean think about it, jerryrigging an extra injector onto a manifold that only has 6 injector ports installed on it.

There may be other issues beyond that, but it probably isn't helping matters either.

Might also check the intercooler pump, make sure it's working. If you haven't already, you should also consider hot-wiring it to run full time. If the pump's dead, the stagnant coolant in the system is just adding more heat to your intake charge once the engine is up to temp.

intercooler pump is on all the time, i have unplugged the 7th injector, i think the chip is the atr pitbull.. what air/fuel ratio should it be running at wide open? i heard it should be between 12-13 is that accurate?

Do the inner-tube vac leak test. IOW check for vac leaks.
