I hear that. I had not owned my ty for more then a week before i met 4 syty'ers in phx. Great group of people here.

my syty adventures :
meeting rjones to buy ty1166 down in pa
meeting ssrsy's dad down in pa at the swapmeet (i also believe i met crazykaese there too )
jimmys syty meet
meeting warmpancakes in ct after he drove from detroit to pick up a truck cap for a friend !
sending parts out to sonomagtlover to help him get the sy together
meeting hatrik8 at mcdonalds to swap parts (several times in the winter )
meeting and hanging out with adam VERMONT TY then finding out a few weeks later he works with my cousin !
although i have no sy or ty at this time i still come back for the stupid humor and bad jokes that makes me wanna call this place home ! i play on a few other car sites but no place makes you feel like this one ! we all stick together and wait for the newbies to ask the most commonly asked questions and pounce with the search button or see who can get the wrong forum icon out first ! if you can handle the harassment here for the first 2 weeks here your part of the club ! :tup:

I have made a lot of good friends since having my SY. Had about 5 come over my new house. A few at my old house. Almost got my but kicked by my wife over a syty friend and Roy almost got to see me kick a redwing fan ass at a hockey game.
In all it has been a great year for me. learned a lot, had fun and someday i will race the f-ing thing at a track.

i forgot meeting cloneman315 two and a half hours away at a truckstop to pick up 4 tires oil cooler lines and to possibly buy a laptop with datamaster and wire but the laptop lost its os from the battery being dead for so long ! watching him throw it 20 feet in the air and watching it bust in the parking lot !!!
