How many of us still around? Came up in a conversation with another old-timer (kooch), and it kinda got me wondering...

Note: by "old guys" I'm talking about pre-'97 or so.
Loooong before this site existed.

i bought my sy in 1992 sold in 2008, out of it for 1 year then bought a ty in 2009 and this one is gona be my coffin

still around but no longer have the sy even though we would love to get it back. been around since the mailing list and icq chat was going strong with the awesome true nats in kc.

Aug/Sept 98 for me, guess I am on the new list. Was before syty.net though when we were on the original mailing list.

My Dad takes an active interest and he was on the mailing list I believe - he kept a load of emails from when he was researching the car many years ago. It's been in my family for 18 years now :)

I got my Ty around late 98 after the first nationals. I was on the old mailing list back in the day too.

Ahem, SyTy old guys eh? I wuz all excited. Thought you were looking for owners that were old. Not old owners. Oh well. Bought mine in Dec 2002. Geez, has it been that long. Been here that entire time. You guys are cool.

I have been around so long I used Veronica to search for "Typhoon" and found the old list.

I joined "the list" some time in 1996. You can see how many Nats I've been to if you read my sig.

Got my first Ty in late 1997, but I never signed up here until 05.

1 Typhoon and 3 Syclones later.....still here!

Been around since '96. First Typhoon, caught fire from a power steering leak in '99. Picked another Ty shortly thereafter.. Had it ever since.

I still remember the old list...still on it. Was all about ICQ!!
