I may try to make it next year. For me Orlando is easier destination to convince my wife to meet me down their (ie she fly down). I might be able to convince her to meet me and continue driving onto Orlando for Sunday.

Its a 2500 mile drive for me maybe I can fly out I just have to talk the wife into it

Is their going to be a nats closer to the west sometime or at least in the middle of the US?

We actually discussed that last year and wound up with BBQ (thank God we did.....easily the best BBQ I've ever had). I would be all for doing one this time. Would need at least 1 large pot/cooker per 12-15 people, so we might would need to rent some equipment or have locals bring in stuff, but yeah, I'd like it.

Of course, you better like the way I make it.....or keep your mouth shut. :rotf:

I have some big cookers and pots that we normally do low contry boils in that i can bring so that would be covered.


We have done events for 100+ people several times.

Let me get the folks in Texas together and maybe we can have full participation from the South.
As long as the flooding STOPS!

It's only 1100 miles....

Looks like I have a new date to shoot for on getting the Sy road worthy.
