how do i take it out for my pressure gauge?

same tool you use to take the ventil or however you call it out of your tire.

can i get one of these at an auto parts store, or is it possible to get it out another way?

Valvestem tool . any autoparts store should carry them . if not they use them at everywhere tires are serviced , tire kingdom etc.

valve stem remover for a tire inner tube works fine.
look in the lug nuts section for valve stem caps and there will be a little T lool.

remember to replace the core if you ever remove the gauge.
